Insurance and Fees:
Therapy and Adult ADHD Evaluations
I am in-network with Aetna, State Health Plan and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (PPO).
The amount you would pay each session is set by your insurance company and will be lower than my private pay rate. Please note: This amount depends on whether or not you have met your plan’s yearly deductible.
Out-of-Network Insurance
If you have health insurance, but not Aetna, SHP or BCBS, you may be eligible for your plan’s out-of-network benefits. This means when you submit a superbill, some insurance companies may reimburse costs paid for sessions. You would pay for the full rate of private pay per session (see rates below), and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company should you choose to do this. Each insurance company has different out-of-network benefits, so you would have to call the number on the back of your insurance card to get the details.
*It is not guaranteed that your insurance company would approve the claim you submit.
Private Pay
My standard rate is $150 per 53 minute session.
ADHD Evaluations
ADHD Preliminary Assessment: $150
Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation:
Full Report - $1,200
Summary Report: $700
If you first complete the ADHD Preliminary Assessment and decide to complete the full Comprehensive ADHD Evaluation, you will be responsible only for the difference.
Groups
Groups are $45 per session.
